However, with rising prices, interest and inflation, the economic situation and policies have made it more difficult for many to enter the housing market.
Our mission is to help make home ownership dreams a reality by providing educational programs, financial assistance, and connecting prospective buyers with reputable builders and property development corporations.

Osprey Inspiration is dedicated to offering housing solutions to the public with the aim of expanding housing availability, promoting affordability, ensuring stability, and fostering sustainability. This includes providing options such as home rentals, ownership solutions, rent-to-own arrangements, and emergency shelter solutions.
Through education, financial guidance, and community partnerships, we aim to break down barriers to homeownership and empower our clients to make informed decisions that will positively impact their lives and the communities in which they live.

Beyond his real estate career, he's deeply passionate about giving back, contributing to churches and nonprofit organizations like G180 and the Sanctus School of Worshippers, showcasing his commitment to community and societal improvement.
Sandi Fitzsimmons
Sandi is not just a CPA, she’s a financial specialist with over 12 years of steadfast experience dedicated to empowering small and medium-sized businesses. Her journey includes nearly a decade in the public sector where she audited, ensured tax compliance, and offered expert advisory services. Her unique expertise lies in the dynamic realm of cloud technology and outsourced financial functions. Sandi experienced substantial personal and professional growth when she undertook a senior leadership position in a marketing agency. With passion and zeal, she is channeling her energy into addressing the housing crisis young families in Nova Scotia face, working to provide solutions that truly make a difference.
Andrew Stevens
As a realtor, Andrew serves as a trusted guide, expertly navigating clients through the intricate process of buying and selling real estate. His professional journey has been enriched by his previous role at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board where he served people through training and learning development. Andrew is driven by an unwavering commitment to compassion and to serving others. He is wholeheartedly dedicated to enriching people’s lives, ensuring that they are not just heard but deeply understood, warmly welcomed, and unequivocally valued.
Kate Mackay
Kate is an entrepreneur dedicated to bringing a transformative approach to property management that prioritizes tenant education and builds community. Her leadership skills have been honed through years of hands-on experience and innovative problem-solving, enabling her to successfully navigate complex organizational challenges. With a proven track record in scaling businesses, Kate has carved a niche in delivering exceptional stakeholder value, both for tenants and investors. Her holistic vision extends beyond traditional property management to incorporate elements of financial literacy and homeownership education, positioning her as a thought leader in the real estate sector. Found Spaces Inc., the property management company she founded in 2017 is currently managing over 400 units.
Sadeta Husic
With an astounding 17 years of immigration expertise, Sadeta is a highly passionate professional deeply committed to guiding and empowering newcomers to Canada. Her varied roles, spanning from interpreter and life skills support worker to settlement counsellor and program coordinator, have equipped her with extensive experience. Currently, she serves as a coordinator for employment and bridging services. Additionally, she has provided valuable support to an entrepreneur in areas such as bookkeeping, accounting, and office management. Her academic background in finance, economics, accounting and leadership seamlessly blends with her rich life experiences, providing a unique source of inspiration that encourages others to dream big. As an immigrant herself, Sadeta’s personal journey fuels an unwavering determination to uplift and support others to a better life. She inspires and instills a belief in possibilities that a brighter future is well within grasp.
